Cancellation policy
✅ Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.
✅ 50% refund for cancellations made 15 to 29 days before check-in.
❌ No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed based on the date the cancellation request is received.
Payment conditions
A 20% deposit is required upon reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
