2.3 BookStMartin does not collect payments, manage reservations, or intervene in the contractual relationship between Hosts and Guests.
3.1 Hosts are fully responsible for:
The accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, prices, photos, and availability.
Compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
Managing inquiries, bookings, payments, and cancellations directly with Guests.
3.2 Hosts agree to indemnify BookStMartin against any claims arising from their listings or contractual obligations.
4.1 Guests understand that any booking, payment, or cancellation is made directly with the Host.
4.2 Guests must comply with applicable laws and with the terms set by the Host.
4.3 BookStMartin cannot be held liable for the quality, availability, or safety of accommodations, services, or experiences.
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookStMartin, its directors, employees, and partners disclaim all liability for:
Errors or inaccuracies in listings.
Cancellations, overbookings, delays, or disputes between Hosts and Guests.
Losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to stays, services, or experiences booked via the Site.
5.2 BookStMartin’s role is limited to providing online visibility and marketing support.
6.1 Any dispute regarding a booking, payment, or rental contract must be resolved directly between Guest and Host.
6.2 In case of a dispute with BookStMartin, you agree to attempt amicable negotiation before any legal action.
7.1 The processing of personal data is governed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
